If you wish to return an item, please contact Down on the Farm within 10 business days of delivery. Down on the Farm will give the purchaser credit back if the product is in the original condition and as the item was shipped originally (meaning good condition, not out of the box, dirty, damaged in any way or other reasonable conditions that the product can not be re sold).
If the purchaser received a broken product, please contact Down on the Farm within 10 business days of day of purchase to resolve the issue. We do check all the items to make sure there is nothing wrong with them before we ship them.
Items will not be eligible to be return after the 10 business days after delivery date no matter the reason why.
No return of DVDs, pictures, or books for any reason.
